At Sussex Impact Pathway, we believe business can be a genuine force for good.
Founded by Demi Heath and Ella Turner, we created the Pathway to give businesses across Sussex, London, and the wider South East of England a more affordable, accessible route to B Corp certification.
Many SMEs want to join the B Corp movement but lack the time or expertise to get there. Existing support can be costly, complex, and out of reach. We’re changing that, bringing expert, local, and fairly priced support to businesses who want to do better for people and planet.

Award-winning sustainability expert and founder of Hearth Sustainability. Demi has many years’ experience guiding businesses of all sizes through B Corp certification and developing sustainability strategies across diverse sectors. She has worked with SMEs, corporates, and cultural organisations to embed sustainability at every level.
Her consulting business - Hearth Sustainbility - is B Corp certified. She trained at Harvard Business School and serves as co-chair of B Local Brighton.
Consultant and experienced leader specialising in values-led organisational development. Ella brings more than twenty years of senior experience across small business, non-profits, education and government. Her work brings together long term strategic insight and practical experience supporting organisations to embed purpose driven practice in a credible and lasting way.
She has a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance and a postgraduate qualification in Sustainable Business Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
