How the course works
Our structured programme breaks the B Corp certification process into six clear sessions plus independent work. Together, they cover the full B Corp assessment from purpose and governance to climate action and circularity.
We have groups starting regularly in convenient central locations in Brighton and London.

Session 1
Foundations & Collective Action
We start with the essentials. This in-person session introduces the core B Corp requirements and lays the groundwork for your assessment. You’ll also explore how your business connects to the wider B Corp movement through government affairs and collective action.
Session 2
Online Office Hours
A one-hour online support slot to answer your questions and keep you on track. These personalised check-ins ensure you make steady progress between workshops.
Session 3
Purpose, Governance & Fair Work
This in-person session dives into three critical impact areas:
Purpose & stakeholder governance – embedding purpose at the heart of your business.
Justice, diversity, equity & inclusion – making fairness and representation part of your DNA.
Fair work – building a workplace that supports dignity, wellbeing, and opportunity.
Independent Work
Measuring Your Carbon Footprint
Between sessions, we’ll help you complete your carbon calculation, guided by a step-by-step video walkthrough of our recommended free tool. This gives you a clear understanding of your emissions baseline and prepares you for climate action planning.
Session 4
Online Carbon Support
A focused office hours session to answer any questions on your carbon measurement. With expert help, you’ll feel confident that your data is accurate and ready to support your B Corp certification.
Session 5
Climate, Human Rights & Circularity
One of the most powerful sessions, covering:
Climate action – setting reduction targets and strategies.
Human rights – embedding respect and responsibility in your operations and supply chain.
Environmental stewardship & circularity – moving beyond compliance to regenerative business practices.
Session 6
Celebration & Submission
Our final in-person session brings everything together. You’ll get tailored support to finalise your actions and submit your B Impact Assessment. We finish with a celebration lunch, marking the start of your journey as part of the global B Corp community.
